How much pasta per person? Pasta serving size in oz. and grams?
I use 4 ounces (113 g) dry pasta per serving. I know, most sites recommend 2 ounces (56 g) dry pasta per person but in my opinion that’s not enough. So, if you want to prepare a filling main pasta dish, I’d recommend to cook 4 oz dry pasta per person, which will yield roughly 8 oz (265 g) cooked pasta. And if you have leftovers for the next day, which I doubt, even better.
